Kilsol offers 3 levels of Contractual unix support.
These services provide a personal touch of having one contact person for all technical issues that arise. It is also possible to use these services to provide a 24x7x365 outsourced presence for all of your administration tasks.

Level I: 9 am - 5 pm EST., Business Day System Monitoring 2-Hour Response - $299/month
Level II: 9 am - 10 pm EST., Business Day System Monitoring 1-Hour Response - $399/month
Level III 24x7x365 System monitoring 30-Minute response - $899/month

Hourly unix support:
Kilsol also offers Hourly support for those times when a contract is not needed. These hours are designed for temporary support, projects, and emergency support.
